1. You need the permission b_icon_manage to do this. Deflaut 6 group id have this permission.
2. Right click on your server name and click View Icons.
From here you can upload the icons then go into your permissions and find i_icon_id.
Double click where the integer goes and it will bring up the View Icons screen for you to select an icon, or choose Upload if you download a icon from the forums you want to use instead.
